HOW OUR FOCUS HELPS STREET DOGS

Commonly, street dogs attach themselves to unassuming vacationers who would quickly fall in love and want to adopt and take them home.

However, in 2018 the airline regulations changed and our ability to ship dogs came to a screeching halt, as it did for all the Humane Societies in the Country of Belize.

 

It became clear if we were going to help these sweet street dogs and cats get to their furever homes somebody had to get an IPATA license, which was now required. 

 

I AM CERTIFIED. I AM AFFORDABLE

I was the likely person since I was already involved in doing the shipping. I quickly became certified and now ship street dogs and cats everywhere.

​

Many shippers charge a lot of money which can be cost prohibitive when you are simply trying to do a good thing.

​

My goal is to keep costs affordable so we can get these dogs and cats off the streets, healthy and to their new loving homes.

​

I work with all the Humane Societies in the country of Belize and many of the Veterinarians as well. It has been a successful endeavor for everyone involved and has become rewarding to be part of.

 

I GO THE EXTRA MILE

I don’t only ship the street dogs or as they are called here in Belize, the “Potlickas”, or the kitties, I have helped many people with their personal pets as well.
